OurMaids, Inc. Home & Office Services:

We offer cleaning services to homes, offices, and facilities of all types. We also offer concierge service to communities in shared condominiums and AIRBNB. Two types of services: STANDARD CLEANING and DEEP CLEANING.

A standard cleaning is a very good cleaning that we do weekly, biweekly, monthly, Airbnb and one time. The price is a flat rate and it is less expensive than the Deep Cleaning. On the standard cleaning you can choose to add custom services, on the Deep cleaning all custom services are included. 

The Deep Cleaning is a Seasonal cleaning, like Spring cleaning; It is also a Move out/Move in or Post Construction cleaning. It costs more than the Standard cleaning and includes all custom services. It is charged a minimum plus each extra hour. Look below so you can see the difference between both types of cleanings. TYPES OF CLEANING SERVICES: 

  1. Recurring (weekly, biweekly or monthly) Standard cleaning to homes and offices
  2. Deep cleaning (seasonal cleaning) to homes, offices and buildings. 
  3. Move-in, move-out for tenants and landlords
  4. Stage and after construction clean-up
  5. Janitorial services for buildings of all sizes: (minimum of one year contract)
  6. Office cleaning and sanitizing to building of all sizes

Standard weekly, biweekly, monthly, Airbnb and one time Home Cleaning Detailed check list:

We use a detailed checklist to ensure that your home is cleaned from top to bottom, every time. 

All rooms:

Wipe out picture frames, knickknacks, dust ceiling fans & lamps, wipe out furniture, woodwork, dust shelves and baseboards, remove cobwebs, vacuum carpets, mop all floors and dry wood floors, empty and clean wastebaskets, and more. 

Bedrooms:

In addition to all of the above, we make the beds, change the linens if left on the bed, straighten your vanity, organize, and vacuum your closet if left open. 

Bathrooms:

Clean, scrub and sanitize showers, bathtubs and sinks, clean and sanitize toilets, vanities, backsplashes, clean mirrors, polish chrome, wash floors and tile walls, deodorize and more. 

Kitchen:

Clean appliances, counters, cabinets, tables and chairs, clean, scrub, and sanitize sinks, clean and sanitize countertops and backsplashes, clean the refrigerator top and exterior, load the dishwasher, clean microwave oven inside and out, wash floors, and more.

Our system was developed through more than 20 years of professional cleaning experience, and enables us to guarantee a consistently clean and beautiful space every time.

If anything you need us to do is not on this list, no problem. We'll work with you to make a custom-fit cleaning list to ensure that your specific needs are met. See below, you may need a deep cleaning. Any request out of the regular scope of work is charged at an hourly rate or per piece.

We charge for these services per item, or per hour depending on the type of service, these are not included on the Standard house cleaning fee. They are included in the Deep cleaning fee. Check prices here.

Office Cleaning for small or large offices, buildings, law offices, corporate entities, private schools, churches, and more.

Studies show that a clean work environment is important for office productivity and morale. 

Our Office Cleaning services are tailored to fit your office needs. We handle floor care, trash disposal, high dusting and furniture cleaning. We also handle restroom and breakroom cleaning, daily kitchen cleaning, floor scrubbing and polishing, carpet cleaning, and window washing. 
Rest assured, we never move your paperwork or office equipment and materials.
We do office cleaning, window cleaning and janitorial services on a contract basis, usually yearly, or as you need it.

MOVE-IN / MOVE-OUT CLEANING


This is especially for tenants who are moving out and want their deposit back. The landlord most likely will ask you to hire a professional cleaning company to clean the unit right after you move. Paying Our Maids $200 or so for the job ensures you get that thousand or more you left on deposit.

It is also for LANDLORDS OR LEASING COMPANIES who need a reliable cleaning company to clean the mess the tenants may leave after a few years living in their property. Sometimes, $200 to $300 will ensure your house is ready to rent again. IT IS ALSLO FOR TENANTS WHO AIRBNB THEIR PROPERTIES. We can clean on very tight schedules. (Your tenant checks out at 11:00am and we clean so the other ones check in at 3:00pm.)
