Our
customer care center is open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00
p.m. Monday through Friday to answer all your
calls and e-mails. We will promptly answer any Saturday
and Sunday requests on Monday morning. Our teams start
working at 8:00 a.m. You can choose your appointments
at 8:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 2:00 p.m., and
the last one at 4:00 p.m. if time allows. Please understand
these times are approximate, and may vary, by half

Terms and conditions: If you are not completely satisfied
with our service, email us at CustomerCare@OurMaids.com or call our customer care center at 972-968-7822 the same day (within 24 hours after you received service) to get
the item in question corrected at no cost to you!
Note1: Any claim made after this time frame may not be accepted. Note 2: If you need to cancel, please do so a day in advance, just to be fair with everyobe... Note 3: You may get the 10% off any lower quote, but the services need to be the same. See our Typical Maids Services. Note 4: Unless otherwise agreed, our payment terms are due upon receipt.
