Our
customer care center is open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00
p.m. Monday through Friday to answer all your
calls and e-mails. We will promptly answer any Saturday
and Sunday requests on Monday morning. Our teams start
working at 8:00 a.m. You can choose your appointments
at 8:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 2:00 p.m., and
the last one at 4:00 p.m. if time allows. Please understand
these times are approximate, and may vary, by half

Do you know about our referal program? Refer to us your friends and neighbors, and you will get a free basic cleaning if she/he signs up for at least one time. There is no limit as of how many people you refer and the program goes throughout the year.

Terms and conditions: If you are not completely satisfied
with our service, email us at CustomerCare@OurMaids.com or call our customer care center at 972-968-7822 the same day (within 24 hours after you received service) to get
the item in question corrected at no cost to you! We do not refund any money as our service is an intagible, subjetc to your intrpretation of "good" or "not good" service. Anybody may refuse to pay arguing the service "was not good" after four hours of toil: Therefore, once you order services, you agree to these terms.
Note1: Any claim made after this time frame will not be accepted. Note 2: If you need to cancel, please do so a day in advance. If Our Maids go to your home and you are not there, you may be billed or charged your card $59 for the trip. Note 3: You get the 10% off any lower quote, but the services need to be the same. See our Typical Maids Services. Note 4: Unless otherwise agreed, our payment terms are due upon receipt.
