Q. How many hours will they be at my house?
A. It Depends on the size of your home and the type of service you choose. For instance: if your home is 1,000 square feet or less, time is 2 hours for weekly and biweekly, 3 for m,on they and one time Standard or Deep cleaning.
Q. How do I pay?
A. Our preferred method is online payment. We will send you a payment text or an invoice so you can pay from your computer or your mobile device. Alternatively, you can pay the cleaners with check or cash. You can also send us a transfer or pay via CashApp.
Q. How many people come to my home to clean?
A. It is usually two people. When the job is small may go a solo team. When it is big we send a crew accordingly, like in janitorial service or building maintenance, teams are composed of 5, 10 or 20 individuals.
Q. Do I have to be home at their arrival or while they clean?
A. Not necessarily. Our customers usually leave the key somewhere so the team can get in and lock out after they finish. You can also open the door remotely or send us the door's code via text.
Q. Do I have to pay upfront?
A. No. We ask you to pay when your team arrives or at most when they finish. You can, if you want, prepay 6 months, one year or as many years you want in advance. If you prepay 6 months, you get 10% off the whole amount. Prepaying one year or more in advance you will get 12% off the whole amount.
Q. What is your policy about pets?
A. Our pets are part of the family. We treat them like it. We suggest you keep them away from the maids while they clean. That's all. If you are not home, we recommend you leave them in their cage or a room closed.
Q. What do I have to do to prepare for the cleaning?
A. Not much really, maybe pick up a little bit, get your pets with you.
Q. Do They organize my home when cleaning?
A. Yes, but only if you order the organizing service. It is an extra charge.
Q. Do they do laundry?
A. Yes, while they clean, if you order that service. It's a custome service, like organizing.

2. Use License

The Terms & Conditions may not be assigned by you without our prior written consent, which we may withhold or condition in our sole discretion. If any provision of the Terms & Conditions shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the Terms & Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. The Terms & Conditions may not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties.
BY SUBMITTING THE BOOKING FORM OR ORDERING SERVICES BY ANY OTHER MEANS YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING.
1.- OUR CLEANING SERVICES ARE OFFERED FOR A FEE. ONCE THE TEAM STARTS AT YOUR HOME, YOU ARE OBLIGATED TO PAY FOR THE SERVICES AT THE STATED FEE AND OUR MAIDS, INC. IS OBLIGATED TO CLEAN YOUR HOME AT YOUR TOTAL SATISFACTION IN ACCORDANCE TO THE WRITTEN SERVICE YOU ASKED FOR AND WITHIN THE PARAMETERS OF THE CLEANING INDUSTRY. IF YOU ARE NOT REASONABLY SATISFIED WITH OUR SERVICES, WE WILL REDO THE ITEMS IN CONFLICT. YOU SHOULD NOTIFY US WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER THE SERVICE IS PERFORMED.
2.- THERE MAY BE EXTRAORDINARY CIRCUMSTANCES WHEN WE CANNOT CLEAN YOUR HOME. WE SHOULD ADVISE YOU AS SOON AS WE KNOW ABOUT THE ISSUE. IF WE COULD NOT SERVICE YOUR HOME ANY GIVEN DAY, WE ARE ONLY OBLIGATED TO DO IT NEXT DAY OR YOUR NEXT SCHEDULED DATE IF WE BOTH AGREE TO IT, IF NOT, WE WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY IMMEDIATELY IF YOU PREPAID FOR THOSE SERVICES.
3.- OUR SERVICES ARE CLEARLY STATED AS "WEEKLY BIWEEKLY AND MONTHLY STANDARD CLEANING," "ONE TIME STANDARD," AND "ONE TIME DEEP, MOVE OUT/MOVE IN OR POST-CONSTRUCTION CLEANING." MAKE SURE YOU SEE THE DIFFERENCE. ONCE YOU ORDER ANY OF THEM, YOU ARE OBLIGATED TO PAY THE STATED PRICE AND OUR MAIDS, INC. IS OBLIGATED TO DO THE SAID SERVICE. 4.- SENDING THE BOOKING FORM DOES NOT GET YOUR HOME SCHEDULED AUTOMATICALLY AS MAY BE THAT THE TIME AND DATE YOU CHOOSE IS NOT AVAILABLE. BOTH PARTIES ARE BOUND BY ANY AGREEMENT ONLY AFTER YOU RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION TEXT AND WE RECEIVE YOUR REPLY ACCEPTING THE PRICE AND TIME ALLOTTED
5.- WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SERVICE ANYONE. IF THE TEAM ARRIVES AT YOUR HOME AND FOR ANY VALID REASON THEY DO NOT WANT TO CLEAN, WE ARE ONLY OBLIGATED TO REFUND YOUR MONEY IF YOU PREPAID FOR THAT SERVICE.

Interpretation And Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.

We take great care in implementing and maintaining the security of the Site and your information. Your information is saved in our computers hard disc as soon as we collect it, is not available online or any cloud storage and is accesible by Our Maids personnel only.
