Notes:

The national average is: $79 for one bedroom, $89 for two, $99 for three, and $109 for four. Please be aware that these prices are for weekly services: add $20 for biweekly, and $50 for monthly and every three weeks service to the above prices.

The above prices apply to houses 2,000 sq. ft. or smaller. Add $20 for 3,000 sq. ft., and $40 for 3,500sq.ft. to the above prices. So, if your house is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms, 3,500 sq.ft, the price will be $139 weekly. Houses 4000 sq. ft. and over are charged $199 for the first four hours; $59 per each additional hour.

If you need make-ready service, the same prices as above plus $60, will apply. A make ready is a move in or out cleaning.
