I like to give thanks this Holiday season to "Our Maids" who have been doing our home, here in Frisco, since they have been open for business. The most wonderful staff in the world along with the making our house always feel and look amazing. I have referred so many of my friends to them because of their attention to detail in cleaning. As much as I would love to “Like” Our Maids on Facebook and even save some money, my wife and I will not sign up for a Facebook account. Therefore, we cannot “like” your page. However, I did want to say that we have enjoyed and appreciated your service for a long time, now and love all that you do…especially with our dogs getting in the way and sometimes forgetting to turn off the alarm. We also appreciate your flexibility in scheduling when we need to make a change. Most importantly, on those very rare occasions when there has been an issue, you have resolved it very quickly and very well.

Our house is so clean. We changed from a more expensive service that we were not happy with the level of service we were getting.  Our Maids are amazing.  Our house is so clean -- they even cleaned the floor of our pantry and picked up and organized all the plastic bags thrown in there!

The crews are doing a great job and I really appreciate your message on suggestions for improvement.
One thing I would like to adjust a bit is the time of arrival by the crew. The last few weeks they’ve been arriving 10-15 minutes before 8 am, which is a good thing.
