Our Maids provides detail maid service in Dallas, and the cities of, Ft. Worth, Plano, Rockwall, DeSoto, Keller, Frisco, Little Elm, Denton, Arlington, Mansfield, Celina, Red Oak, and all inner cities, since 1999. Our house cleaning in Phoenix, also includes the cities of Mesa, Scottsdale, Tempe, Paradise Valley, Glendale, Apache Junction, Gilbert, Chandler, and Queen Creek, Arizona. Our
customer care center is open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00
p.m. Monday through Friday to answer all your
calls and e-mails. We will promptly answer any Saturday
and Sunday requests on Monday morning. Our teams start
working at 8:00 a.m. You can choose your appointments
at 8:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 2:00 p.m., and
the last one at 4:00 p.m. if time allows. Please understand
these times are approximate, and may vary, by half

If you are not completely satisfied
with our service, email us at CustomerCare@OurMaids.com or call our customer care center at 866-460-3138 the same day (within 24 hours after you received service) to get
the item in question corrected at no cost to you!
Note1: Any claim made after this time frame will not be accepted. Note 2: If you need to cancel, please do so a day in advance. If Our Maids go to your home and you are not there, you will be billed or charged your card $59 for the trip. Note 3: You get the 10% off any lower quote, but the services need to be the same. See our Typical Maids Services. Note 4: Unless otherwise agreed, our terms are due upon receipt.
